2006 Hyundai Santa Fe

The 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe is the final year for the first generation of the hot-selling mid-size crossover sport utility vehicle from Hyundai. For the final year, engine choices available were either a 2.7L V-6 that produces 170HP and 181FTLB of torque or the performance-oriented 3.5L V-6 engine coming in with 200HP and 219FTLB of torque.

The 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe comes with an EPA-estimated 18MPG around the city and 23MPG on the highway for the 2.7L V-6 model while the 3.5L V-6 model sports 17MPG around the city and 23MPG on the highway.

Drivers have the choice of either a front-wheel or four-wheel-drive platform that sits on 103” wheel-base tires. The 2006 Hyundai Santa Fe has been rated as one of the safest all-around vehicles in production.
